TankMaster

Description:

The Digital Tankmaster is a pressure controller designed to monitor the level of a tank and control one or more pumps. The Digital Tankmaster standard models are DT2A for 2 pump control, DT3A, and DT4A for 3 and 4 pump controls.

The Digital Tankmaster consists of an OCS Operator Control Display with integrated Programmable Logic Controller with digital and analog I/O, and a Pressure Transducer. The Tankmaster OCS digital display panel has a 4.3-inch touch display with 4 function keys. A Pressure Transducer with a range of 0-50 or 100 PSIG provides an analog 4-20ma signal. Pump hand-off-auto control switches are provided.

Operation:

The Operator selects pre-programmed screens and inputs level start and stop setpoints, time delays, alternation features, and alarm conditions. The OCS Display Panel has a 480 x 272 pixel color touch display. One of the menu screens is the ELEVATED TANK STATUS. This status screen displays level in feet, bar graph, and pump status. Other menu screens allow the operator to select level setpoints or time delays.
